We are doing things a little differently this year. In the past, we asked vendors to submit a company profile form. This year, we will be using a new conference app, Whova. In this app, vendors will have the ability to:

The popular silent auction is Thursday, March 21. You are not allowed to hold drawings for prizes in your booth. You may collect business cards for contacts, but you may not hold your own prize drawing. If you have something you want to give away, please use the opportunities for door prizes or silent auctions.
Proceeds from the auction support the Association’s training, scholarship programs and send lucky winner(s) to the IIMC Annual Conference.
Another highlight of the Exhibitor Show on Thursday, March 21 is the chance for participants to win fabulous door prizes. You are not allowed to hold drawings for prizes in your booth. Offering an opportunity for a door prize is are real draw to your booth at the Exhibitor Show. Be sure to make it count and complete the Exhibitor Door Prize form (PDF).
The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn (320-253-0606) serves as the event headquarters, hosting most of the Conference events and holds the largest sleeping room block.
A block of rooms have been set aside for the 2024 rate of $109.00 plus tax per night. The special rate is available until the block is sold out.

The Courtyard by Marriott (320-654-1661), is connected to the other conference venues via skyway. The 2024 rate is $139.00 (king) and $149.00 (double) plus tax per night.
The Country Inn East & Country Inn West has a block of rooms available at either location for $149.00 plus tax per night.
Sponsors and Exhibitors canceling their registration on or before February 18, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this date. Written requests for cancellations MUST be emailed to register@scsutraining.com.
Should inclement weather (or other circumstances beyond our control) necessitate program cancellation or postponement, you will receive communication from Kassidi Andres.
